Payments and Cancellations of Pediatric physical therapy

Services of pediatric physical therapy are fee for service: $200/60 minutes + travel
24 hour cancelation: if session is cancelled less that 24 hrs before scheduled time a $69 fee is charged unless there is a medical emergency.

Digital products/downloads:

No refunds once delivered.

All sales final except as stated.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [New Jersey], USA. Disputes resolved in Warren County, NJ courts.
